Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Beamhaus website and services, including Beamhaus Social, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Beamhaus provides AI automation consulting and implementation services, managed marketing automation, and social media scheduling through our Beamhaus Social product. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.

3. Beamhaus Social (Social Media Scheduling)

Beamhaus Social is our managed social media scheduling product, used to schedule and publish video and image content to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other supported platforms on behalf of our clients.

When you connect a third-party social media account (such as TikTok) to Beamhaus Social, you authorize us to act on your behalf for the specific actions you have granted through OAuth (such as uploading and publishing videos, retrieving account information, and listing previously posted content).

You remain solely responsible for:

  • The content you upload or schedule through Beamhaus Social, including compliance with the applicable platform's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines (e.g., TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines).
  • Maintaining your rights and licenses for any content, including music, video, and imagery.
  • Revoking Beamhaus Social's access to your connected accounts at any time through your platform's account settings or by contacting us.

We reserve the right to refuse to publish content that we reasonably believe violates a connected platform's policies or applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all custom code and automations built specifically for your engagement. We retain ownership of our proprietary frameworks, templates, and tools, including the Beamhaus Social platform, that may be used across multiple clients.

5. Warranties

Workflow Automation projects include a 30-day warranty. Custom AI Solutions include a 60-day warranty. During the warranty period, we will fix any bugs or issues with the delivered solution at no additional cost. Beamhaus Social is provided on an ongoing subscription basis and is offered on an "as-is" availability model.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid for that engagement in the preceding twelve (12) months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of reach, follower count, or revenue arising from changes to third-party platform behavior or policy enforcement.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. Beamhaus is operated by Beamhaus Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom.
